My philosophy of yoga
What energy will you receive alongside me?
Many times I am asked what kind of yoga I teach, and the truth is that I share the fusion of the entire Ayurvedic life philosophy, from everything that has touched my heart.
I have received from many professionals, therapists, life coaches.
And I become aware that we connect to classes or therapies through the energy that attracts us from the person accompanying you, and it is because we are energy.
My sharing is always from a round, harmonious energy; I will always invite you to respect yourself.
Trust in the magic of new challenges.
Personally, YOGA changed my life, it helped me reconnect with my breath, with my existence, to give myself moments of listening and love, for there is no balance without love, nor love without balance.
I have learned to respect myself and to speak kindly to myself, for words have the power to destroy and to heal.
Yoga is the perfect opportunity to be curious about who you are.
This philosophy of life taught me that the body is our temple, keeping it pure and clean is important for the soul to live in it.
Yoga is a path to inner life, and the practice can open doors for us that we didn't know we had.
At the very center of your BEING, lies the answer.
To unlock the potential of your mind, your body, and your soul, you must first expand your imagination.
Yoga brings us to the present moment, the only place where life exists.
With the foundation of hatha, I follow the same series of asanas. In self-practice, one enters a meditative state in motion with sustained mindfulness, as you keep your attention at all times listening to your own resonant breath. I deepened my knowledge of the body and breath control with this demanding method that now allows me to flow through a variety of asanas in vinyasa yoga naturally.
But like many teachers, my practice has been evolving. And today, my sharing comes from a fluid and dynamic yoga full of round energy, illusion, and expansion, where your body and emotions will release to regenerate your entire being.
I can choose between doing a complete class that works a bit of everything, focusing on a peak pose, or in a more fluid class with many transitions or more paused.
If you're a bit lost among all the styles of yoga, I recommend you try to flow and enjoy... What types of yoga do you like to practice?
Everything in one practice
Yoga changed my life💓
It helped me reconnect with my breath, with my BEING.
I feel very HAPPY and GRATEFUL that all the Yogic philosophy is on my path and I want to share this precious energy of connection with the world.
If you feel like joining me in any of my Yoga or meditation classes, it will be a pleasure to share my round energy from my heart.
Balance, strength, peace, and well-being
Wisdom is not found in books; we find it when we look within.
You know perfectly well who you are and what it is that your heart longs for, you just need to remember it!
If it resonates with you, I will accompany you on your journey of connection.
Physical benefits
Yoga is much more than a series of postures; it is a way to connect with yourself on all levels. Through practice, you will notice how your body feels more flexible and strong. Day by day, you will improve your posture and balance, which will help you move with greater confidence and comfort. Additionally, breathing techniques will teach you to oxygenate your body better, which not only improves your energy but also your overall well-being.
Mental and emotional benefits
In the emotional aspect, yoga offers you a powerful tool to reduce stress and anxiety, allowing you to find calm even in difficult moments. With each session, you will be able to concentrate better, clear your mind, and feel more present. You will also see how, little by little, your confidence and self-esteem increase, as you discover the ability you have to face each day with more serenity and inner strength.
Oncological Yoga
Reconnect with life again
Do you have cancer and want to practice yoga to feel better?
This practice, supported by scientific studies, is not just a physical activity, but a complementary therapy that helps people cope with the effects of oncological treatments in a more comprehensive way.
Your well-being in every breath
Improve your quality of life while taking care of your body and mind.
The Oncological Yoga is specifically designed to alleviate the physical and emotional aftermaths of cancer and its treatments of chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and hormone therapy. Countries like Great Britain have integrated this practice into their healthcare system, demonstrating that it reduces stress, improves sleep quality, and helps decrease the use of anxiety medications.
Reclaim your energy, renew your balance
Reduce fatigue and strengthen your health with a practice designed for you.
People who practice Oncological Yoga experience an improvement in their immune system, greater flexibility, and an increase in energy levels.
In addition, it relieves symptoms of anxiety and depression, promotes concentration, and improves self-esteem.
It is essential that Oncological Yoga is always practiced under the guidance of a specialized professional, as not all yoga techniques are suitable for people undergoing oncological treatment. A trained instructor can adapt the postures and breathing exercises according to your physical and emotional state.
Emotional support in every position
Oncological Yoga offers you a space to connect with yourself and share with others in the same situation.
One thing is to treat cancer and another is to treat a human being. At Shanka, we work with small groups to provide personalized care and promote support networks.
More than exercise, an ally in your healing
Complete your treatment with a practice that promotes overall well-being.
With adapted techniques, such as calming breathing exercises and gentle postures, always performed under the guidance of a specialized professional, this discipline not only helps you manage the illness better but also to connect with your body and especially with yourself.

Aerial Yoga
Balance, strength, peace, and well-being
Imagine the freedom of floating in the air.
In this practice, gravity becomes your ally, allowing you to achieve more accessible and deeper postures while you experience relaxation and meditation on another level.
Everything in one practice
Connect with your body in a completely new way.
The postures become more accessible and deeper, as you feel your body and mind relax at a deeper level. It’s like taking meditation and movement to a completely different plane, all while you float!
As you hang in the air, you not only improve your balance and flexibility, but you also relieve tension, strengthen your body, and take care of your spine. Inverted postures are much easier to perform, helping to decompress your back and improve circulation. Moreover, the sensation of being in suspension elevates your mental capacity, increases creativity, and clears the mind thanks to greater oxygenation.
Restorative Aero Yoga
Let yourself be enveloped by calm and lightness
Combine the softness of traditional restorative postures with the incredible feeling of floating on fabrics.
If you are looking for a way to meditate, let go, and heal from within, Restorative Aerial Yoga is the perfect space for you.
Since the day I came into contact with this experience, it has become my mantra: practicing slowly allows me to create more space, more listening, and presence.
Release tensions
This modality invites you to release deep tensions and restore balance in your body and mind, all while being supported in the air. The fabrics support your weight, allowing you to relax completely and let go of any accumulated stress.
Relax your body
It is ideal for those seeking to recover physically from injuries or simply wish for a pause for the soul. With each breath, you will feel how your body decompresses and your mind relaxes, bringing you to a state of deep tranquility.

Aerial Yoga Kids
Yoga and fun
What are the benefits of children's yoga?
Introducing yoga-related practices into the lives of young children helps them learn to relax, reduce their anxiety levels, become aware of their own bodies, and enhance their ability to learn, focus, perceive, and remember.
Combining the swing with yoga practice has many benefits for children, as they have a lot of fun with it.
Children love it.
We laughed, played, and released all the stored tension and energy.
This technique applied to yoga balances their nervous system, as through movement in the air, and the inversion of the swing helps to relieve tension and anxiety. We move in space without limitations thanks to weightlessness.
This helps to balance the cerebral hemispheres, and thus increase concentration and calm throughout their system.
Children love it, as with Aerial Yoga they reconnect with their innocence, fluidity, letting go of control and leading them to love.
Aerial Yoga Workshops for Kids
Aerial yoga connects them with life, with play, with their heartbeat, their breathing.
In the Aerial Yoga workshops that I share with the little ones, I always introduce stories of yogic philosophy, essential oils, massages, and much more...
We let go and warm up with the dance, as I love to dance to life, the swing they love... Especially in the final relaxation, when they get into the (cocooning) inside the swings with their round energy where they go directly to mommy's belly, to calmness and well-being.
We work with emotions; in my classes, body dialogue is always linked to emotional dialogue.
It is a way to help children listen to themselves, respecting themselves and thus respecting the world.
